Web Store
DCL can develop and host a customized, secure (SSL3) Web storefront
that can be linked to a customer's website and has a similar "look
and feel". The storefront interfaces directly to the DCL fulfillment
system allowing orders to be processed quickly and shipment status
updated immediately for web store fulfillment. Regardless of the method
of receipt, all orders are converted to a common format for processing
and retrieval.
Call Center
The DCL contact center cervices call center provides telemarketing
services including: order capture, customer service and support, Level
1 technical support and warranty and returns. Services can be provided
in multiple languages. DCL provides call scripts and trains call center
operators on company and product specific questions. Call center operators
have direct access to customer database to answer specific questions.
Mail Services
As part of DCL contact center services, we will handle mail services
for clients who prefer to reach their customers by direct mail. DCL
will manage the management of mail services and integrate customer
responses with the DCL fulfillment system, eTouch.
Payment Processing
