From packaging design to product launch to the every day operation of your business, each project is assigned a team of dedicated turnkey project management specialists from the areas of Account Management, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Fulfillment who assess the project's needs and produce all the specifications necessary to ensure optimization of the supply chain. The Account Manager overseas the project and interacts with the customer daily to ensure smooth daily operation of each project. Purchasing assists in initial packaging design and will coordinate materials purchases through forecasts and buying schedules. Regular operational meetings by the internal team are scheduled to discuss ongoing operations, review issues and establish a clear understanding of commitments and project priorities. Projects are further reviewed with the customer and the DCL turnkey project management team at the Quarterly Business Review Meetings.
