The DCL Vendor Managed Inventory and Turnkey Purchasing
Programs are an attractive solution for companies hoping to avoid
paying for unnecessary inventory buildups and looking to conserve
spending a slug of capital on materials for up to 90 days. The DCL
Vendor Managed Inventory and Turnkey Purchasing teams work with either
the customer's assigned list of suppliers, the DCL
list of approved suppliers, or sources new suppliers. Suppliers
are chosen based on price, quality and reliability. DCL will manage
the coordination of all vendors throughout the life of the project.
DCL supports inventory buys for 30, 60 or 90 day time periods. The DCL Vendor Managed Inventory and Turnkey Purchasing teams will work closely with customers to forecast their volume and determine the optimal level of inventory buys.
