DCL provides assembly, kitting and packaging services optimized to incorporate the unique volume, products and manufacturing processes of each project. DCL offers the following packaging services: software packaging, hardware packaging, and clamshell sealing and blister pack sealing. Our operations team plans production carefully to determine the most efficient and cost-effective method for engineering each project.

DCL supports Build to Stock Services (BTS) and Build to Order (BTO) manufacturing models using both short run (modular) and long run (linear) production lines. Depending on the scope and volume of the project, either manual or automated assembly lines will be used. Stringent quality control procedures including pictorial instructions, sampling and digital scales insure that the production accuracy is close to 100%.

DCL has continued to invest in a variety of capital equipment to meet the changing needs of our customers. DCL is equipped with high-speed automated assembly equipment for high volume projects and clamshell sealing and blister pack sealing equipment for consumer products.

Testing & Configuration
DCL performs basic testing and re-configuration services for technology companies. DCL will follow pre-determined documented processes to test, log and separate good boards and isolate those failing the testing process. For hard drives, DCL is capable of testing drives and undergoing a re-format and or adding memory.

eManufacturing
eManufacturing, an eFactory module, provides customers visibility into their manufacturing orders. In eManufacturing, customers are provided with real-time information on status of work orders, bills of materials and parts availability. It also provides a complete manufacturing history of products.
