| News Release For Immediate Release Contact: William Jacobson, Director of Business Development 510-651-5100 x208 DCL Completes SAS 70 AuditFREMONT, CA. - On March 31, 2006, DCL completed an SAS 70 audit conducted by an independent service auditor. They examined and issued a report on the controls placed in operation and the tests of operating effectiveness for DCL's Manufacturing and Logistics Services. The report includes an opinion on the fairness of the presentation of DCL's description of operational controls that are in place and the suitability of design of the controls to achieve the specified control objectives. Also in the more extensive and intensive Type II audit an opinion was rendered as to whether the specific controls were operating effectively during the period under review. The auditor found "no exceptions" to the report. Since DCL provides outsourcing services that may impact the control environment of some customers; the SAS 70 audit provides its customers and their auditors with independent third party verification regarding the state of our internal controls to be taken into consideration when making assessments of control risks. SAS 70 is an acronym for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Statement on Auditing Standard (SAS) 70 titled "Reports on the Processing of Transactions by Service Organizations".
